The main estate is 8,400 sq ft. with four en suite bedrooms plus a separate master suite with private entrance. The chef-inspired kitchen features a custom rock wall, large island, gas range, double oven, and any cooking tool the most skilled chef could need. Guests can enjoy three spacious sitting areas, a full bar, and an open space ideal for meetings, events, or dancing. The formal dining area seats up to 22. Additional features include laundry area, half-bath, and a TV/game room for entertainment.

The expansive, professionally appointed chef's kitchen features a custom stone wall by a local artisan, a grand island, large refrigerator, gas range, double ovens, fully-equipped coffee station and adjacent nook, and every tool a master chef could desire.

The Master Suite
The spacious Master Suite is privately located in a detached wing of the estate. It features a king-sized canopy bed, comfortable sitting areas, and direct walk-out access to the patio with views of the ocean and sunrise. The en-suite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, dual sinks, and makeup vanity. A ceiling fan and flat-screen television provide added comfort and convenience.

The Casita at YellowBird Double Bay is our 2,200 sq ft. guest estate which features a large gathering space and eat-in companion kitchen. Three luxury suites and an additional bunk room, with top twin bunks and bottom full/double bunks, each with their own en suite private bathroom. Stunning sights surround the Casita with views of the private beach and ocean, the infinity pool , and lush, tropical vegetation.
